Denver Childrens Museum

We are loving exploring our new city!  There are so many things to do and see!  We were able to go to the Denver Children's Museum which was so much fun!  The best part is daddy met us there and we got to explore the museum with him.
Piper had a blast playing in the infant area.  Lots of things her size to crawl around, in, and on.  There were so many toys and best of all, other kids her size!  She sure is a social butterfly!

Piper couldn't get enough of this bear!

Checking things out .... little miss independent!

Christmas in Utah

While in Utah we celebrated Christmas!  We had a blast with our families and Piper got all the attention she ever could have wished for...and then some.
She is doing her 'TOUCHDOWN'  She is so flippin cute!  (Can you tell we watch a lot of football at our house)
My adorable brothers making Piper giggle.  This picture is priceless!
Its Christmas Eve and we are in a competitive game of boggle!  We did more laughing than anything!
Christmas morning and everyone is excited to see what Santa brought - but oral hygiene comes first!  We can't have morning breath while opening up gifts now can we?!?
This little cookie got spoiled with MUCH needed gifts for the winter... sled, boots, snowsuit, gloves, etc.
However, with everything this gal got, all she wanted to do was play with Aunt Brindyn's new monkey

As if this little girl didn't get spoiled enough, we then went to celebrate Christmas with the Hagman clan.  Piper had so much fun playing with her cousins!
We gave Grammy Piper's pregnancy - birth book

The whole Hagman family - Piper wouldn't cooperate.  She insisted on looking at me in all the pictures we took.

If anyone knows Tren, they know that he is always rocking a head lamp when camping. Piper didn't mind wearing dad's new head lamp.  I think Piper is going to be just like daddy this summer camping.
Grammy gave Pip a GIGANTIC book for Christmas.  She loves, loves, loves books and being read to.
We had a fantastic Christmas spending time with family and friends!  We can't wait for our next visit.

Snowmobiling at the cabin

While in Utah over Christmas break, we went up to the Nelson cabin for our annual snowmobiling trip.  We had an absolute blast, as always!
It was this little girls first time playing in the snow!  She had a blast while playing but HATED to be bundled up.  (I don't blame her, I would be claustrophobic too with all the layers I had on her)  Look at this face!  I could kiss it all day, everyday!

Getting ready to hop on a snowmobile to head up to the cabin
Piper did great on her first snowmobile ride.  Once we got to the cabin, we warmed our cheeks and fingers by the heater until we got a fire going!
Once Piper got all warmed up, it was time to head back out and do some sledding!
Daddy LOVES sledding!  He could play in the snow all day!  Luckily Piper was having fun being pulled on her sled.  Tren and I took turns giving this sweet girl rides.

Ok, this picture cracks me up!  Look at Piper's face.... I swear she is thinking... 'Dude, MOM!!  Whats up with your hair.'  Ha ha

We had a blast at the cabin spending time with family.  We are so blessed to have fun traditions to continue making great memories.
We are looking forward to playing in the snow a lot this winter now that Piper has snow gear!

Fun with friends while visiting Utah

While visiting family in Utah our friends had a dinner so we could see everyone!  It's fun to get together and catch up, especially since our kids are close in age.
Here is Piper and Breea (Pip is just 6 weeks older than Breea)

These girls are just too fun to watch together!
 The whole gang

We had a blast visiting with everyone!  Can't wait for our next trip to see all of our great friends!

Christmas

We had such a great Christmas!  Tren and I decided to do our Christmas a few days prior to leaving for Utah so we didn't have to haul all the gifts there and back!  It was nice to celebrate as a family before joining everyone in Utah.  We all got spoiled.  We're very blessed.

Piper had a lot of fun helping Tren and me open up our gifts but when it came to opening hers, she was not interested!  She was too funny!
Tren SHOCKED me with a new computer.  He had his computer guy build us a computer specifically for all my pictures and projects!  I am in LOVE with my new computer!
Pipers first Christmas

Helping Piper open up her presents

The mess we made!  Piper was in heaven playing with all the boxes and wrapping paper.  (no surprise there)
We had such a fantastic Christmas!  It was 100 x's more fun having Piper this year!

9 months old

Again - I am a little late but this little angel turned 9 months old on Christmas Eve.  She is so much fun!  She is growing so fast and learning new things everyday!  I feel so blessed to be her mom!  She is the best thing that has happened to Tren and I!
