6 months....

T and I were able to go to florida a couple weeks ago to celebrate our 6 month anniversary. It was a blast! We were like a couple of chubby kids in a candy store... we were lovin every second of it!

T had never been on an airboat ride so we decided to go lookin for gators! It was super fun, but just our luck, we didn't see one gator! I was a little annoyed especially since I had talked it up to tren! So to make up for the lack of gators in the swamp, we went to gatorland!

There was DEFINITELY no shortage of aligators here!! We saw every kind of gator and crocodiles there were! We had a ton of fun here!

We got to get our picture taken with a little aligator and a snake! T wasn't so sure about this! But I was loving every second of it!

Tren went to the beach back when he was super young but doesn't remember it! I couldn't wait to take him! I knew he would love it! I couldn't have been more right! He was a natural body surfer! The first time we went, we didn't get a boogie board which we regretted!! So the second time we went, we stopped and bought a boogie board for Tren!

Doesn't he look excited!! We even got one with sharks on it since we had been brushing up on our shark facts on discovery channel's shark week! (Not a good idea to watch shark week during your week in Florida)

We loved Cocoa beach! It was gorgeous!! The waves were huge! The water was warm and it wasn't too crowded like at Daytona Beach!

To top off our vacation we decided to take a kayaking tour to islands off cocoa beach!! It was great! It turned out that T and I were the only ones that had signed up for the afternoon spot so we pretty much had our own private tour! It was probably the highlight of our vacation! Our guide took us to where he'd seen wild manatees and sure enough, they were there! They came up to us and let us pet them. One even rolled over on its back so I could rub it's belly! It was the neatest thing ever!

The left picture you can see the manatee poking its head out of the water to drink the fresh water coming out of the hose. And the other picture is me petting a manatee. You can kinda see it just barely poking its body out of the water.

This was a big sign where we got out of the water giving us information about the manatees. So come to find out, we weren't all that special. I guess it's really common to see manatees where we were kayaking.

We felt like we were kayaking through the amazon!! We were going through tight spaces and it was really over grown! T is a professional!! If you can tell, he is the one doing all the work! I pretty much just sat back an enjoyed the ride! We had so much fun!!
