Our second island we went to was St. Lucia - a first for both Tren and I. This was the day of our 2nd anniversary. We decided to book something we both LOVE - deep sea fishing.

We were all geared up and ready to go, just had to wait for the boat to port. We were super stoked to get fishing!

The bait and lure - it was GINORMOUS! But I guess we had the potential of catching 600 lb + fish.
We lucked out and caught this beauty! Tren and I's biggest catch yet - a 25 lb Wahoo.

After the high of getting a great catch, we decided to wind down at the beach. It was absolutely beautiful. Tren even lucked out and a huge wave ended up getting him, his towel, shoes and change of clothes soaked while he was laying out. He should have listened to his wife and moved back! :)You live and you learn - right babe!?!
Back on the ship we celebrated our anniversary. I can honestly say that the last 2 years have flown by - but at the same time I feel like we have been together forever because life is so easy together.

ReplyDeleteSo Jealous! My parents went on this cruise the week after you and have been talking about it non stop! Then I get to see your amazing pictures and the jealousy sets in! One day when I am done being pregnant.... Chris and I will go! Ps... your invited too! ;) Also congrats on 2 years! That flew by!
